AT NOTRE DAME

As a Sophomore (2023-24):

  • Played in 32 games with 31 starts. Averaged 26.0 min.
  • Finished with 15 games in double figures.
  • Produced 3 double-double games.
  • Led the team in shooting percentage (.484).
  • Team-wise: 2nd most rebounds on team (5.1), 2nd most O-Boards (1.8), 2nd most D-Boards (3.3).
  • Finished the season on the best stretch of his career: 7 straight double-digit scoring performances. He averaged 13.3 points on 52.5 percent shooting, plus 5.1 rebounds as well.
  • Averaged 9.2 points (3rd most on team) & 5.2 rebounds (2nd most) in ACC play.
  • Over 2 ACC Tournament games: 28 total points, 6 rebounds. Shot a combined 8-for-15 from the field, plus 11-for-15 from the free-throw line.
  • Another strong 2nd half effort from Davis at Virginia Tech (3/9), where he scored 11 of his 13 total points.
  • Scored all 18 of his points in the 2nd half in the win over Clemson (3/2). Davis shot 5-of-6 from the field and 8-for-8 from the stripe.
  • With the Irish only up 2 vs. Wake Forest (2/27), Davis got the ball in his hands and beat his defender 1-v-1 in a crucial take with 22 seconds left. Davis finished with 11 points.
  • Made 44 of his last 52 from the free-throw line, raising his percentage from .618 to its finished number of .723.
  • 12 points at Syracuse (2/24), converting 5-of-8 from the field, including one trey. His 7 rebounds were the most since Jan. 9.
  • Helped power the Irish to victory over Georgia Tech on Feb. 14 with 17 points on 6-of-12 shooting plus six boards. Davis had one of the plays of the game scoring on a driving layup off an in-bounds play with 3.5 seconds on the shot clock.
  • One of his more complete offensive games at Pitt (2/3) with 16 points on 6-of-8 shooting and 4-for-4 from the stripe.
  • 10-point, 10-rebound double-double in a road win at Georgia Tech (1/9).
  • Big 2nd half vs Marist to lift the Irish to victory. He scored 10 of the team’s final 17 points, finishing with 12 in the game. He made a season-high 6 made free throws (6-6).
  • Had back-to-back games with double-doubles and three straight games in double figures before he ran into a game Marquette squad on Dec. 9.
  • Most of an opportunity: In the 11th game of the season, Davis already surpassed his freshman season total from Seton Hall.
  • Career high 19 points in win over Western Michigan on Dec. 5. Went 8-for-11 from the floor.
  • Produced his first career double-double against #8 Miami (12/2) – recording 12 points and 10 rebounds.
  • Flashed his athleticism at the Legends Classic where he averaged 10.0 points on 57.1 percent (8-of-14 FG) shooting, along with 5.0 boards. Davis recorded 13 points against Auburn on Nov. 16.

AT SETON HALL

As a Freshman (2022-23):

  • Played in 32 of 33 games as a true freshman
  • Averaged 13.4 minutes, 2.8 points and 2.8 rebounds per game
  • Scored 11 points to open the season against Monmouth, becoming the first Pirate freshman since 2006 to score in double figures in the season opener
  • Had 10 points and seven rebounds against Lincoln on Dec. 7
  • Dropped 10 points and grabbed seven boards in 23 minutes of action in the win over Drexel (12/14)
  • Tallied eight points and four rebounds against Marquette (1/21)

Prep Career: 

  • One of the top players in the state of Indiana and the 139th ranked overall prospect in his class according to 247 Sports
  • Finished his high school career with 1,178 points and 492 rebounds
  • Averaged 22.0 points and 10.0 rebounds as a senior at Warren Central High School
  • The Indiana Basketball Coaches Association named Davis to its “Supreme 15” all-state honors when he was a senior.
  • Davis was named an Indiana All-Star following his junior season that saw him average 13.5 points a game for a team that went 19-7 and lost by one point to Class 4A state finalist Lawrence North.
