AS A SENIOR (2014): Played in all 18 games, including 13 starts … notched career-high marks for goals (30) and assists (4) … his 10 man-up goals were tied for the team lead … career-best 25 ground balls … scored at least one goal in each of the first five games of the season … had one goal in the first three games (Jacksonville, Penn State, North Carolina) … also assisted on the goal that tied the North Carolina contest 9-9 in the eventual 11-10 Notre Dame victory … tallied three goals (two man-up), one assist and picked up a career-high four ground balls in the 10-7 setback to Denver … first start of the season came in the 18-9 win over Virginia and he deposited two goals versus the Cavaliers … began another five-game goal streak with a tally in the regular-season meeting with Duke … netted two goals in back-to-back wins over Marquette and Robert Morris … had a goal in the regular-season showdown with Maryland … scored Notre Dame’s second goal in the 6-5 win over Maryland in the semifinals of the ACC Championship … tallied a career-high six goals along with dishing out two assists for a career-best eight points in the 18-17 win over Army … assisted on the game-winning goal versus the Black Knights … named the ACC Offensive Player of the Week for his performance against Army … posted four goals, including two man-up tallies, in the 13-5 besting of Harvard in the first round of the NCAA Championship … tallied two goals in the 14-13 overtime victory over Albany in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Championship … also registered two goals in the NCAA semifinal showdown with Maryland, an 11-6 Irish victory … posted a goal in the national title game against Duke … earned his second monogram.

AS A JUNIOR (2013): Played in 15 games, including one start … had a breakout season with 14 goals and two assists … two man-up goals … five ground balls … scored his first career goal in the 13-12 overtime win at Denver … deposited a goal in a 7-6 victory at Rutgers … tallied a career-high six goals and assisted on another in a 17-5 besting of Marquette … the goal and point totals in that contest were team-high marks for the season … that effort started a four-game goal streak … had one goal in back-to-back wins over Providence (13-8) and Georgetown (10-8) … registered four goals and one assist in a 13-9 triumph of Villanova … also picked up a career-high two ground balls against Villanova … was named the BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week for his performance against the Wildcats … made his first career start in the Big City Classic showdown with Syracuse … earned his first monogram … a BIG EAST Academic All-Star.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2012): Played in one game … made his Fighting Irish debut in a 9-1 victory over Providence … picked up one ground ball against the Friars.

AS A FRESHMAN (2011): Did not see game action during his rookie campaign.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Earned three varsity letters in lacrosse at Summit High School … set school scoring record with 231 points … earned All-America honors as a senior … ranked as the 33rd best attackman in the class of 2010 according to Inside Lacrosse … received all-state accolades twice … three-time all-conference, all-division and all-county in lacrosse … represented New Jersey at 2008 and 2009 Under Armour underclassman tournament … led high school team in scoring as a sophomore and senior … during his junior season, he helped Summit to a 22-1 record and the state title along with a top-10 national ranking … captained his high school team as a senior and helped them to a second straight state title with a 23-0 record and a top-five national ranking … Summit set the New Jersey record with 45 consecutive wins … also lettered in soccer and track … graduated Magna Cum Laude … son of John and Michele Scioscia … sister, Gina, is a 2010 Notre Dame graduate and was a lacrosse All-American for the Irish … sister, Amy, attended Loyola University in Baltimore … was a member of Notre Dame’s Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) … graduated from the Mendoza College of Business in May of 2014 with a degree in finance … finished with a 3.291 cumulative GPA.
