AS A JUNIOR (2015): Saw action for two games … brings depth to the Fighting Irish midfield … picked up two ground balls … saw time in wins over Dartmouth and Army West Point.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2014): Played in three games … attempted two shots (both on goal) … made his Fighting Irish debut in the season opener, a 19-7 win at Jacksonville … also saw time in wins over Ohio State and Robert Morris.
AS A FRESHMAN (2013): Did not see game action due to injuries.
PREP AND PERSONAL: Ranked No. 96 in the Inside Lacrosse Power 100 Freshmen … rated as the 30th best midfielder in the class of 2012 by Inside Lacrosse … played for Canada at the 2012 Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) Under-19 World Championships in Turku, Finland … Canada won the silver medal at the U-19 world championships … the first Canadian player in the Notre Dame program … played lacrosse for three seasons at Culver Military Academy (Ind.) … was named the 2010 Indiana Offensive Player of the Year as he helped Culver win the state title … member of Team Ontario that captured the 2010 Canadian National Championship … won the 2012 North American Elite League title with Culver … three-year member of the Peterborough Junior “A” Lakers … played hockey for three seasons while at Culver … team captain of the hockey squad during his senior season … son of Kent and Leanne Trolley … enrolled in the College of Arts and Letters as a history major.
