Transferred to Notre Dame to attend graduate school after playing lacrosse for the University of Virginia … aside from athletics at Virginia, Walrath organized and ran the Will Barrow Flag Football Tournament for four years … all proceeds from the event benefited the UVA Help Hotline.
AS A SOPHOMORE AT VIRGINIA (2013): Played in nine games for the Cavaliers … All-ACC Academic Team … dished out one assist on the season against VMI … picked up a season-high three ground balls vs. VMI.
AS A FRESHMAN AT VIRGINIA (2012): Appeared in four games for the University of Virginia … made collegiate debut against VMI, where he dished out two assists … scored first career goal vs. Vermont … also saw playing time against Stony Brook and Mount St. Mary’s.
