• Competed at John Jay High under head coach Lawrence Brooks
• Earned All-League honors in all three seasons that softball was played (sophomore season canceled due to COVID)
• Two-time Poughkieepsie Journal First Team honoree
• Diamond Nine First Team
• Team captain
• Hit eight doubles and drove in 16 in 22 games as a senior
• Led John Jay High to a 14-8 record as a junior, hitting for a .567 average and driving in 30
• As a freshman, John Jay High finished as Section One AA Champions
• Competed for the Empire State Huskies 18U National team under head coach Joe Porcelli
• Finished in the top eight at PGF in the premier division
• Member of the National Honor Society and French Honor Society
• Earned High Honor Roll marks
• Helped coach young players at practices and events for the Empire State Huskies softball program during high school
• Daughter of Christi DeRosa and Christopher Kelly
• Her father played football at the University of Albany
