- Led the team with a .382 batting average (58-for-152) starting all 50 games at third base
- Hit 21 extra-base hits with 11 doubles and 10 home runs
- Third on the team with 40 RBI
- Earned a .438 on-base percentage and a .651 slugging percentage (1.089)
- Recorded 14 multi-hit games
- Drove in multiple runs in 10 games
- Ended the season with a 15-game hitting streak
- Concluded the season having reached base in 35 consecutive games, the most since Abby Sweet’s streak of 43 in 2021
- Recorded three games with four RBI
- Hit her first home run of the year in the series finale against Duke (March 5) to put the Irish up in the seventh inning
- Hit two home runs in a run-rule victory over NC State (March 11 – Game 2)
- Went 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs scored and a home run in a win over Miami (Ohio) (March 21)
- 3-for-3 performance in the series opener against Syracuse (March 24) with a double, and two runs scored
- Went 3-for-4 with four RBI, two doubles, two runs scored in the run-rule victory over Virginia Tech (April 15 – Game 2)
- Started the Boston College series 3-for-4 with an RBI and a stolen base (April 21)
- Hit a go-ahead three-run homer in the top of the seventh inning to take the series against Boston College (April 22 – Game 2)
- Started the NCAA Fayetteville Regional with a 2-for-4 effort with two runs scored and two doubles against #19 Oregon (May 19)
- Moved to a lead-off role int he final two games of the season, finishing with a hit against both Harvard (May 20) and #13 Arkansas (May 20) at the NCAA Fayetteville Regional
AS A JUNIOR (2022)

- Played in 47 games and started 33 as the designated player and third baseman
- Hit for a .340 average with nine doubles, a triple and five home runs
- Finished with 25 RBI and scored 23 runs
- Was a perfect 5-for-5 in stolen bases
- 1:1 walk to strikeout ratio, one of six regulars to record an even or positive BB:K ratio
- Finished with eight-multi hit games and drove in multiple runs in six contests
- Season-long five-game hitting streak, reached base in 14 consecutive
- Hit her first home run of the season while driving in three in the win over Bucknell (Feb. 12)
- Season-high three hits against Indiana (April 19) and in the NCAA Evanston Regional against Oakland (May 21)
- Drove in four runs with a double and a home run in an elimination game against Oakland in the NCAA Evanston Regional
- Hit a walk-off three-run homer in a 15-13 nine inning win over Georgia Tech (April 3)
- Ended the season hitting a home run in back-to-back games at the NCAA Evanston Regional
AS A SOPHOMORE (2021)
- Did not see game action in 2021.
AS A FRESHMAN (2020)
- In the first tournament of the season, Mitchell posted a .600 batting average over five games, including three runs and six hits (with a double) in 10 at-bats. She was walked seven times, including one intentional walk. Mitchell totaled eight bases (.800 slugging percentage), and stole four bases in as many attempts. On defense, Mitchell forced five putouts and seven assists, starting all five games at third base. A freshman, Mitchell leads Irish starters in batting average and walks. She was intentionally walked against No. 21 Ole Miss, which loaded the bases and set up two Notre Dame scores with the next batter. Mitchell then scored what proved to be the deciding run of the contest on the next play, a groundout. Mitchell batted as the leadoff hitter in one contest for the weekend.
- In four starts at DH at the ACC/Big Ten Challenge, logged a .364 batting average, .500 on base percentage and .909 slugging percentage with four hits, two home runs, three RBIs, three walks and five runs scored
- Appeared in six games at the Mary Nutter Classic and recorded a hit, an RBI, a run scored, two walks and two stolen bases
- Saw action in three games with two starts at Duke
- Started two games at NC State
