AS A SENIOR: Capped of Irish career with an eighth-place showing in the 200 IM (1:50.22) at the BIG EAST Championships … preliminary swim of 1:49.85 in the event was a personal-best time … the preliminary swim was the 10th fastest 200 IM in school history … swam to season-best marks of 56.02 in the 100 breast and 2:02.06 in the 200 breast at the league championships … concluded his career in the top six of the top performers of the 100 breast, 200 breast and 200 IM.

AS A JUNIOR:Primarily swam the breaststroke and individual medley races for the Irish … member of the 400 medley relay that re-set the school record at the BIG EAST Championships …the performance was an NCAA B-cut time … all-BIG EAST performer as a member of the previous relay … recorded career best performances during the BIG EAST Championships … took fifth place in the 200 breast (2:01.50), sixth in the 100 breast (56.18) and eighth in the 200 IM (1:50.17) … set his career best times in the preliminary races of the 100 breast (55.90) and the 200 IM (1:50.05) … the 200 breast final swim of the league meet was also a personal best … secured a season best time of 4:04.31 in the 400 IM at the Ohio State Invitational … raced to seven top three finishes during the dual meet season.

AS A SOPHOMORE:Top two times in the 100 breast (56.35 and 56.37) came during the BIG EAST Championships … swam 2:01.79 in the finals of the 200 breast at the league meet after posting a preliminary time of 2:02.66 … went 1:57.51 in the 200 IM at the Shamrock Invitational and 3:56.40 in the 400 IM at the BIG EAST meet.

AS A FRESHMAN: Participated in the BIG EAST Championships in time trials and as an exhibition swimmer … his best times came in the 200 breast (2:04.41), 100 fly (51.32), 200 IM (1:54.81) and 400 IM (4:03.45) … each of those marks were season bests … swam the 200 IM (1:54.99) at the Ohio State Invitational, where he also shot through the 200 breast in 2:06.29 … swam the 100 back (55.16) at Northwestern … best time in the 100 breast (1:02.65) was registered against Oakland.

THE RAYCROFT FILE: Named an All-American in the 200 medley relay, 400 free relay, 200 IM and 100 back in his junior and senior seasons at Munster (Ind.) … team captain and MVP of prep squad over that same stretch … took third his senior year at the state meet in the 200 IM (1:52.79) and the 100 back (52.03) … scored 84 of Munster[apos]s 134 points to secure a sixth-place finish at the state championship … demonstrated an interest in science through membership in the Junior Engineering Technical Society … member of the National Honor Society and student government … accomplished pianist … son of Kathleen and Patrick Raycroft … born March, 20, 1989, in Hammond, Ind. … brother graduated from Notre Dame in 2008 … graduated from the College of Engineering as a chemical engineering major.
