AS A FRESHMAN (2015-16): Added immediate roster depth in distance freestyle events and swam at ACC Championship meet in first year at Notre Dame … at ACC meet, finished 18th in 500 free (4:24.26 finals, 4:26.80 prelims) and 20th in 1650 free (15:26.14), just missing qualifying for the C final in 200 free (1:38.29) … began the year in first place at Dennis Stark Relays on the 1500 free relay (5:05.12 split) and exhibitioning with the 400 medley relay (53.49 leadoff split) … won 1,000 free against Michigan State (9:33.38) and finished fifth in the 500 (4:44.23) … at Virginia Tech, swam to two sixth-place finishes in the 500 free (4:39.35) and 800 free relay (1:48.35 split) and took eighth in 1650 free (16:20.90) … at Purdue Invitational, finished third in 1650 (15:36.90) and took ninth in both 800 free relay (1:39.45 split) and 500 free (4:28.02 finals, 4:37.37 prelims) … also swam in 400 IM (4:03.40 finals, 4:03.24 prelims) and 200 free (1:44.84 finals, 1:42.56 prelims) … at Virginia, touched the wall sixth in both 500 free (4:38.72) and 1,000 free (9:38.97) … versus Northwestern, swam to third in 1,000 free (4:38.72), fourth in 500 free (4:40.71) and fifth on 400 free relay (49.36 split) … in Shamrock Invitational, placed fourth in 1650 free (15:59.59), sixth in the 500 free (4:35.52) and 800 free relay (1:41.62 split) and clocked in at 1:43.58 in 200 free to finish the regular season … earned a monogram.
