AS A GRADUATE (2023-24)

• At the 2024 NCAA Championships, helped the 800 free relay place 17th with a time of 6:15.58
• Helped set the program record in the 200 medley relay at ACC Championships with a time of 1:23.34 (swam fly). Posted a best time in 100 fly and finished 12th (45.92) and competed in the 100 free (43.80) and 200 free (1:37.68)
• Placed second in 100 fly (46.41), fourth in 50 free (20.28) and ninth in 200 fly (1:48.22). Finished first in the 200 free relay, 400 medley relay, 200 medley relay, and the 400 free relay, and second in 800 free relay at the Tim Welsh Classic.
• Against Princeton and Navy, Wilburn placed second in the 100 fly (47.13) and sixth in the 200 free (1:37.47). He was also a member of four winning relays — 200 free, 400 free, 200 medley and 400 medley
• Competed in three events at the U.S. Open — 100M fly (54.10 prelims/54.11 finals), 50M free (23.68) and 100M free (51.26). Highest finish was 100 fly (22nd)
• Notched an NCAA B cut and season-best time in the 100 fly at the Ohio State Fall Invitational (46.32). Also finished 17th in the 100 free (43.91) and 23rd in the 50 free (20.05)
• Placed in three events at Louisville: 200 medley relay (placed second — fly), 200 free (placed second — 1:38.39), 100 fly (placed fourth — 48.15)
• Won five events against Pitt and Penn State — the four relays and the 100 fly (46.45). Also took third in the 200 free (1:35.79)
• Won the 100 fly (47.74), 200 medley relay (fly) and 400 free relay against Purdue. Also took third in the 200 free (1:39.26)
• Won three events in the opener against Wisconsin: 100 fly (47.27), 200 medley relay and 400 free relay. Also took sixth in the 200 free (1:40.18)

AS A SENIOR (2022-23)

• Competed in four events at NCAAs
  • 200 medley relay (finished 17th with time of 1:23.35)
  • 200 free relay (finished 22nd with time of 1:17.44)
  • 400 free relay (finished 18th with time of 2:50.61)
  • 800 free relay (finished 12th with time of 6:14.39)
• Finished 13th in the 100 fly (46.32), 22nd in the 100 free (43.40) and participated in the 50 free (20.04) at ACCs
• Swam the butterfly leg (20.21) of the 200 medley relay at ACCs, which finished fifth (1:24.22). Helped 200 free relay to a sixth-place finish with a time of 1:17.35 and a split of 19.38. Swam fly leg (45.92) of the 400 medley relay (3:07.92) which finished seventh. Helped 400 free relay break school record with a time of 2:50.14. Relay finished fifth and Wilburn split 42.40
• Started off the year with a win in the 100 fly (47.30) and third-place finish in the 50 free (20.36) at Pittsburgh/vs Penn State
• Won the 200 fly (1:47.37) against Louisville, took second in the 100 fly (47.25)
• Earned 10th place in the 100 fly (47.16) at the Ohio State Invitational and was a B finalist in the 50 free (20.15)
• Participated in the 2022 Toyota U.S. Open, was a B finalist in the 100M fly (53.84), was a C finalist in the 100M free (51.07), also swam the 50M free (23.37)
• Won the 100 butterfly against Navy and Princeton (47.17)

AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)

• Qualified for the 2022 NCAA Men’s Championship in the 200 freestyle relay (1:17.13), 400 freestyle relay, 200 medley relay (1:23.76) and 400 medley relay (3:05.93).
• Set the school record in the 200 and 400 medley relay at the 2022 NCAA Championships. The 200 medley relay team finished with a time of 1:23.76 to place 17th and the 400 medley relay team finished 21st with a time of 3:05.93.
• Tallied the third-fastest time in program history in the 100 butterfly (46.28) at the Boiler-Make-It Qualification Meet.
• Qualified for two finals swims at the 2022 ACC Championships. Finished 16th in the B Finals in the 100 butterfly with a time of 46.36. Placed 22nd in the C Finals in the 100 freestyle with a time of 43.52.
• Swam the fifth-fastest time in program history in the 50 freestyle (19.67) at the ACC Championships. Also swam the sixth-fastest time in the 100 freestyle in the prelims at ACC’s.
• Finished first in the 100 backstroke (48.39) and 200 IM (1:49.73) in the dual meet against UIC.
• Placed second in the 100 butterfly (46.31) and 100 freestyle (43.36) and third in the 50 freestyle (20.08) at the Tim Welsh Classic.
• Finished fifth in the 100 butterfly finals (46.63) and 10th in the 500 freestyle finals (4:27.77) at the Ohio State Invitational.
• Won the 200 freestyle (1:37.21) and 100 butterfly (47.16) at the dual meet against Purdue.
• Placed first in the 200 freestyle (1:37.39) and 100 butterfly (47.58) in the season-opening meet against Pittsburgh and Cleveland State.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)

• Placed second in the 50-yard Freestyle (20.53). Placed first in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay with Alec Delong, Brendan Santana, and Sadler McKeen (2:58.19). Placed first in the 200-yard Freestyle Relay with Brendan Santana, Topher Stensby, and Sadler McKeen (1:20.28). Placed first in the 100-yard Freestyle (44.20). Placed first in the 400-yard Medley Relay with Jack Fitzpatrick, Josh Bottelberghe, and Charles Korndorffer (3:12.70). Placed first in the 200-yard Medley Relay with Brendan Santana, Josh Bottelberghe, and Zachary Smith (1:27.97) in the virtual meet vs. West Virginia (Nov. 6-7, 2020).
• Placed third in the 200-yard Medley Relay with Kaden Smesko, Sean Faikish, and Charles Korndorffer (1:28.97). Placed first in the 50-yard Freestyle (20.58). Placed second in the 100-yard Freestyle (45.04). Placed first in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay with Topher Stensby, Alec Delong, and Sadler McKeen (2:58.98) in the dual meet win vs. Cincinnati (Dec. 4, 2020).
• Placed fourth in the 200-yard Medley Relay with Kaden Smesko, Tyler Christianson, and Zachary Smith (1:29.76). Placed second in the 200-yard Freestyle (1:37.97). Placed first in the 100-yard Freestyle (44.02). Placed second in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay with Topher Stensby, Jack Hoagland, and Sadler McKeen (2:57.12) in the dual meet vs. No. 13 Louisville (Jan. 9, 2021).
• Placed first in the 200-yard Freestyle Relay with Topher Stensby, Brendan Santana, and Sadler McKeen (1:19.74). Placed second in the 50-yard Freestyle (20.21). Placed sixth in the 800-yard Freestyle Relay with Sadler McKeen, Jack Hoagland, and Liam Hutchinson (6:19.07). Placed ninth in the 200-yard Freestyle Relay with Brendan Santana, Topher Stensby, and Sadler McKeen (1:18.39). Placed eleventh in the 200-yard Freestyle (1:35.45). Placed seventh in the 400-yard Medley Relay with Jack Fitzpatrick, Josh Bottelberghe, and Charles Korndorffer (3:10.82). Placed twentieth in the 100-yard Freestyle (43.56). Placed seventh in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay with Topher Stensby, Sadler McKeen, and Brendan Santana (2:53.15) in Notre Dame’s seventh-place finish at the ACC Championships (Feb. 24-27, 2021).
• Earned Honorable Mention All-America honors after placing 16th in the 800 Free Relay at the NCAA Championships (March 24-27, 2021).

AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20)

• Placed first in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay with Aaron Schultz, Zach Yeadon, and Sadler McKeen (2:58.15). Placed fourth in the 200-yard Freestyle (1:39.29).  Placed fourth in the 100-yard Butterfly (50.48).  Participated in the 100-yard Freestyle (45.77) vs. Florida State.
• Placed third in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay with Aaron Schultz, Zach Yeadon, and Sadler McKeen (2:58.85). Placed fourth in the 100-yard Freestyle (44.94).  Participated in the 200-yard Medley Relay with Jack Fitzpatrick, Rex Riley, Alec DeLong (1:32.38).  Participated in the 50-yard Freestyle (21.03) vs. Kentucky and IU.
• Placed first in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay with Aaron Schultz, Zach Yeadon, and Sadler McKeen (2:59.21).  Placed third in the 200-yard Freestyle (1:39.56).  Participated in the 50-yard Freestyle (20.01).  Participated in the 100-yard Freestyle (45.86) vs. Purdue.
• Placed first in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay with Zach Yeadon, Aaron Schultz, and Sadler McKeen (2:57.67).  Participated in the 200-yard Freestyle (1:40.46).  Participated in the 100-yard Freestyle (45.89).  Participated in the 100-yard Butterfly (51.00) vs. Louisville.

• Placed first in the 200-yard Freestyle (1:37.35). Participated in the 50-yard Freestyle (21.29). Placed third in the 100-yard Freestyle (45.44). Placed first in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay with Zach Yeadon, Aaron Schultz, and Sadler McKeen (2:58.26) against Iowa.

• Placed first in the 500-yard Freestyle (4:27.87).  Placed second in the 200-yard Medley Relay with Jack Montesi, Josh Bottelberghe, and Sadler McKeen (1:28.86) in the win against Michigan State, Ball State, and Indiana State.
• Participated in the 800-yard Free Relay with Sadler McKeen, Aaron Schultz, and Zachary Yeadon (6:16.86) – set a school record and notched an NCAA A-Cut, automatically qualifying for the NCAA Championships.  Participated in the 200-yard Free Relay with Brendan Santana, Aaron Schultz, and Sadler McKeen (1:19.05).  Participated in the 400-yard Free Relay with Aaron Schultz, Zachary Yeadon and Sadler McKeen (2:54.39) at the ACC Championship.
