AS A JUNIOR:

• Won an ACC championship in the weight throw with a clinching attempt of 21.37 meters, earning All-ACC First-Team honors at the ACC Indoor Championships
• Posted an event win in the weight throw (21.13 meters) while competing at the Alex Wilson Invitational
• Winner in the weight throw (20.38 meters) at the Meyo Invitational
• Claimed the event win in the weight throw with a top throw of 20.60 meters at the Indiana University Relays

• Graduated from Austintown Fitch High School in May 2016
• Earned four varsity letters in track and field
• Led his team to a runner-up finish in the 2015 indoor championship

• Was a seven-time all-state honoree
• Recorded the second-furthest weight throw in the nation in indoor in 2016
• Set a personal best of 77-4.25 in the weight throw and 201-3 in the hammer throw
• Recorded a PR of 172-2 in the discus and 56-7 in the shot put
• Was valedictorian and president of National Honor Society
