- Competed in the 400m at the 2024 ACC Outdoor Championships (48:51)
- Logged two second places finishes in the 4×400 at the 2024 Jim Green Invitational (3:14.20) and the Texas Invitational (3:13.04)
- Helped post a third place finish in the distance medley relay at the 2024 ACC Indoor Championships (9:35.47)
- Recorded the third best time in program history in the distance medley relay at the 2024 Alex Wilson Invitational (9:26.00)
- Finished fourth in the 4×400 at the 2024 Meyo Invitational (3:14.85)
AS A SENIOR (2022-23)
- Recorded a personal best in the 400M at Outdoor ACCs (47.80), finishing 14th. Also finished 14th in the 4×400
- Won the 400M at the Jack Shaw Invitational (47.98)
- Finished second in the DMR at Indoor ACCs
- Posted a PR and finished fifth in the 500M at the Blue & Gold Invitational (1:07.05)
AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)
- Competed in the 400M (49.10) and 4×400 (3:14.57) at Indoor ACCs. Finished 21st and fifth, respectively
AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
- Posted a PR in the 200M at Outdoor ACCs (22.40)
- Won the 200M at the Bob Harris Open (21.48). Took third in the 400M (48.77)
- Won the 400M at the Lenny Lyles Cardinals Invitational (49.73)
- Competed in the 400M at Indoor ACCs (49.02)
AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20)
- Finished 11th in the 4×400 at his first Indoor ACCs
- Made his Irish debut at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic
PREP AND PERSONAL
- Son of Kelly and John Dobrydney
- Has two brothers, John and Chris, and three sisters, Jackie, Clair, and Mary.
- Graduated from WT Woodson and lettered in football as a wide receiver, and in indoor and outdoor track and field.
- Holds the school record in the indoor 500 meter race with a time of 1:05.82.
- Was named to the Virginia 6A Patriot District First Team and Second Team, All-Region honors, All-State honors, and named to the First Team All-Metropolitan team in 2019 by the Washington Post.
- Set personal bests in the 400 meters, 800 meters, 500 meters, 200 meters, and 300 meters.
- Was a three year starter at wide receiver, a two time All-District wide receiver, and the 2018 6A Patriot District Champion. Holds the school record for a reception in the most consecutive games (27).
- Has several family members have also graduated from Notre Dame; Kelly Dobrydney, Pat McCullough, Kevin McCullough, Pat McCullough.
- Chose Notre Dame because “Notre Dame is a place that gives me the unique opportunity to have success on the track and success in the rest of my
life in whatever career path I choose. I don’t think that any of the other schools that I considered could even come close
when it came to ND’s strengths.” - Majoring in pre-professional science
