AS A SOPHOMORE (2023)

• Appeared in eight matches and made one start against Miami (10/27)
• Finished with 54 assists and 20 digs
• Recorded a season-high 20 assists at Virginia Tech (10/20)

AS A FRESHMAN (2022)

• Started in first four matches of the season
• Tallied 10 kills and 48 assists
• Averaged 12 assists per match
• Season cut short due to injury

PREP AND PERSONAL

• Earned four letters as a right-side/setter at Hebron High
• Team captain and MVP her senior season
• Named District 6-6A Newcomer of the Year as a freshman
• Was a three-time first team All-District honoree
• Named an Under Armour All-American after her senior season
• Competed for Texas Advantage Volleyball (2018-21) in the club circuit, as well as Madfrog (2021-22)
• Twice earned pre-season and mid-season All-American honors from prepvolleyball.com
• Earned All-Tournament team honors at the USAV Open National Championships
• All-Tournament Team at USAV National Championships
• Earned a Silver Medal 18 Open USAV National Championships
• Previous season earned a Bronze Medal at 17 Open USAV National Championships
• Worked with volley tots program, coaching children ages 3-8 for three years
• Daughter of Glen and Jessica Sample
• Her sister, Brittany, played volleyball at West Virginia (2012-15)
