Sara Allen '06 (Softball) Monogram Club Staff

Sara Allen began a four-year term on the Monogram Club board in 2022. Allen earned four Monograms and was a senior captain with the Notre Dame softball team. She played second base and shortstop, and earned third-team All-Big East honors her final two seasons. During her career the softball program made four NCAA Tournament appearances, captured three regular-season Big East championships and won two Big East Tournament titles. She graduated from the Mendoza College of Business in 2006 with a degree in marketing.

Allen lives in Houston, Texas, and is a partner at Arena Realty, LLC. She specializes in land advisory with a focus on restaurant and retail users. She manages new store site selection for many national and regional accounts. Allen and her husband, Ryan, have three children.
