NOTRE DAME, Ind. — The annual Notre Dame Day is scheduled to take place from Sunday, April 22 through Monday, April 23, and the women’s soccer program is asking its fans for support.
ND Day provides alumni, family and friends of the program with an opportunity to give back, supporting a team or another specific group on campus.
In 2018, the women’s soccer team is encouraging fans to donate money toward its team room and lounge space at Alumni Stadium.
Junior midfielder Ann Marie Niro said the locker room and team space is her favorite space because she knows she can always find her teammates in the space.
Junior midfielder Sabrina Flores also commented on her favorite part of Alumni Stadium.
“The team lounge is my favorite,” she said. “Having a space to hang out with teammates, eat, study, and just relax in our down time is an amazing resource for us.”
