Notre Dame, Ind. – Notre Dame women’s lacrosse coach Tracy Coyne has announced a change in the women’s lacrosse team’s fall break schedule.
Notre Dame’s game at Maryland on Friday, Oct. 18 has been moved from a 7:00 p.m. start to a 5:00 p.m. (EDT) starting time at College Park, Md.
The Irish had been scheduled to play in the George Mason tournament on Sat., Oct. 19, but will now play at the University of Richmond on Mon., Oct. 21 in a 2:30 p.m. (EDT) game. The southern swing over spring break will conclude on Tues., Oct. 22 when the Irish travel to the University of North Carolina for a 7:00 p.m. (EDT).
Notre Dame is coming off its best season ever as the Irish were 13-5 last season, finished second in the BIG EAST and advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals. They finished the year ranked seventh in the nation.
