GREENWOOD, Ind. – Wyatt Lewis was honored as a First Team Academic All-American by the College Sports Communicators on Tuesday, becoming the 10th player in program history to earn first team status.
The men’s soccer team has now earned 25 Academic All-America citations, with nine coming over the past eight seasons during Chad Riley’s tenure.
Lewis was also selected to the All-ACC Third Team following the regular season as voted on by the league’s coaches.
Lewis was one of two captains for Notre Dame this past season and played both as a full back and a defensive midfielder during the 2025 campaign. The senior scored a goal and added two assists on the season, including the match winner in the win at Boston College.
