RALEIGH, N.C. — The University of Notre Dame track and field team wrapped up the Raleigh Relays on Saturday with various standout performances from its distance runners at North Carolina State’s Paul Derr Track.
On Saturday, the final day of the meet, graduate student Danielle Aragon finished seventh in the women’s 800m race, recording a time of 2:09.84.
Aragon joined a large group of Irish distance runners who made their return to the track after being sidelined due to injury or ineligibility.
On Friday, junior Kevin Pulliam placed 33rd in the men’s 5,000m in his first race since his sophomore year. Pulliam recorded a time of 14:27.49.
Graduate student Sydni Meunier finished the women’s 1,500m in 26th with a personal-best time of 4:30.00. Senior Lexi Pelletier ran the 1,500m in 4:39.77, while graduate student Kathleen Darling finished in 4:45.18.
