SOUTH BEND, Ind. – This past week the two-team rosters for the 2025 McDonald’s All-American Game were released and a future Irish player is set to take the court in what is regarded as one of the most stacked fields in history. Jalen Haralson becomes the 20th McDonald’s All-American Game participant in program history and the first recruited by second-year Glenn & Stacey Murphy Head Coach Micah Shrewsberry. The 6-7 forward from Fishers, Indiana, will compete with Team East on April 1 inside the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
Haralson is the highest-rated prospect to commit to the Irish in the era of internet recruiting rankings. A consensus five-star recruit, Haralson chose Notre Dame over Michigan State and Indiana. The 6-7 forward averaged 16.3 points, 6.7 rebounds and 5.9 assists as a junior in his first season at La Lumiere.
In addition to the McDonald’s All-American honor, Haralson has also been named to the Naismith Midseason Team and the 2025 Nike Hoops Summit.
