SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The University of Notre Dame men’s golf team finished fourth in the 2022 Fighting Irish Classic on Sunday, Sept. 4 and Monday, Sept. 5 at Warren Golf Course. The Irish finished behind Florida (819), Georgia Southern (820), and North Carolina (821), shooting 16 under par for a collective 824.
Senior Patrick Kelly led the Irish with a tied finish for ninth, shooting five under par and finishing with a 205 on the tournament. He was followed by senior Palmer Jackson who was right behind him, shooting four under with a 206.
The Irish will be back in action at the Gopher Invitational on Sunday, Sept. 11 and Monday, Sept. 12 at the Windsong Farm Golf Club.
