NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Notre Dame men’s and women’s cross country teams along with seven student-athletes combined from both programs earned All-Academic honors from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for the fall 2025 season.
The men’s team posted a 3.37 cumulative grade point average in the fall while the women’s squad registered a 3.47 for the fall semester to both earn the recognition.
Ethan Coleman and Dylan Throop each earned the All-Academic Athlete distinction on the men’s side. Siona Chisholm, Mary Bonner Dalton, Gretchen Farley, Sophie Novak and Arianne Olson all garnered All-Academic Athlete honors on the women’s side.
In order to qualify for All-Academic Athlete distinction, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and finish in the top-25 (or 10 percent) at the NCAA Regional Championships or as an All-American at the NCAA Championships.
