TOLEDO, Ohio – Notre Dame men’s golf tied for fifth in the 2022 Inverness Intercollegiate as the Irish competed Monday, Sept. 26 and Tuesday, Sept. 27 in the tournament hosted by Toledo at the Inverness Golf Club.
The Irish finished the tournament shooting a 873 (+21), with their best collective round being round two where the Irish shot a 288 (+4). Graduate Taichi Kho led the Irish as he tied for fifth overall with a final score of 213 (E). Kho’s best performance was round three where he shot one-under par with a 70 on the day. Senior Palmer Jackson tied for 15th as he finished the tournament with a score of 218 (+5).
Notre Dame will be back in action on Oct.10-12 as they compete in the Stephens Cup at the Seminole Golf Club in Juno Beach, Florida.
