NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Notre Dame men’s and women’s cross country teams along with five student-athletes combined from both squads earned All-Academic honors from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for the fall 2024 season.
The men’s squad posted a 3.394 cumulative grade point average in the fall while the women’s team registered a 3.568 for the fall semester to both earn the recognition.
CJ Singleton picked up the All-Academic Athlete distinction on the men’s side, and Isabel Allori, Mary Bonner Dalton, Siona Chisholm and Gretchen Farley all garnered All-Academic Athlete honors on the women’s side. In order to qualify for All-Academic Athlete distinction, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and finish in the top-25 (or 10 percent) at the NCAA Regional Championships or as an All-American at the NCAA Championships.
