Notre Dame, Ind. – Monogram winner Mark Eaton returned to Notre Dame for the first time since capturing the Stanley Cup as a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins this past June. On his visit back to campus Eaton was recognized at halftime of Saturday’s football game against Nevada. During the ceremony, Notre Dame Director of Athletics Jack Swarbrick and Irish Hockey Head Coach Jeff Jackson presented Eaton with a framed Irish hockey jersey bearing his name and number.
