The Notre Dame Monogram Club board of directors will be holding its annual fall meeting on campus this weekend (Sept. 15). Former Irish volleyball player Julie Doyle – the first female president in the history of the Monogram Club – will be speaking at Friday’s football luncheon and will join Notre Dame president John I. Jenkins, C.S.C., in presenting the flag prior to Saturday’s Notre Dame-Michigan State football game.
Monogram Club members are reminded about the Club’s receptions held in the Joyce Center Monogram Room prior to each home football game (the reception prior to the USC game, to be held in an outdoor tent, requires pre-registration and is sold out). The Joyce Center receptions are free to Monogram Club members – please remember to carry your Monogram Club membership card with you when back on campus.
Former Notre Dame football players again will form the pregame tunnel on the field at Notre Dame Stadium, welcoming the Irish as they sprint onto the field for the 2005 home opener.
