The BIG EAST Team Excellence Awards are given annually to a league member in each conference-sponsored sport. The winners are chosen based on the annual grade-point average of each student-athlete who appears on an institution’s squad list in a particular sport.
The indoor and outdoor men’s track & field teams have won the award three times, and the women’s golf team has won twice.
