SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Notre Dame track and field team opens their indoor season as they host the Blue and Gold Invitational on Friday, December 2. They will also be sending three student-athletes to the Boston University Colyear-Danville Season Opener on Saturday, December 3.
The Blue and Gold Invitational will kick off at 3:30 pm with the throwing events followed by the running events starting at 5:00 pm. Live results will be available here. The meet schedule can be found below.
Teams participating in the Blue and Gold Invitational include Bethel (Ind.), Butler, DePaul, Detroit Mercy, Goshen, Grace, Indiana Tech, Marquette, Northern Illinois (W), Notre Dame, and Valparaiso.
The Boston University Colyear-Danville Season Opener will feature Olivia Markezich, Katie Thronson, and Erin Strzelecki. Markezich and Thronson will be running in the 3000m event and Strzlecki will be running in the 5000m. This meet will be streamed on FloTrack and will also have live results.
