NOTRE DAME, Ind. — The University of Notre Dame and Fighting Irish Digital Media (FIDM) are proud to announce the availability of the first Notre Dame Football Interactive Yearbook for iPad.

The free app can be downloaded to your iPad using this link: Download iPad App or by searching “Notre Dame Athletics” in the iTunes App Store.

The application is built on Adobe’s Digital Publishing Suite, a software solution that enables publishing of experiential content to iPads, iPhones and Android devices.

The Notre Dame Football Yearbook contains many pages of exciting content, including photography by the University Multimedia Services department as well as original content created by FIDM.

Featured in the yearbook are interactive rosters, a 3-D animation of Notre Dame Stadium, four fully immersive panoramic images of campus locations, profiles of each Notre Dame football student-athlete and coach, previews of each 2013 game and much more.

In addition to the 2013 yearbook, each week during the 2013 season a game day iPad companion will be released, recapping the previous week’s game in pictures, video, print and statistics, while also looking ahead to the next week’s game.

The app was created in partnership with designers at Joe Zeff Design of Montclair, N.J. Zeff and his team also create digital editions of publications such as Fast Company and National Geographic.
