The Notre Dame-St. John’s second-round game of the BIG EAST championship is currently in a rain delay.

The teams were taking infield practice when the rains came to Bridgewater, N.J., and the tarp was placed on the field.

The rains stopped and the tarp was removed at 4:00 p.m. (EDT) with the hopes of starting at 4:30 p.m. (EDT).

In the 12:00 noon game between Boston College and Pittsburgh, the Eagles eliminated the Panthers by an 8-4 score.

The loser of the Notre Dame-St. John’s game will play Boston College in an elimination game later this evening.
