Premium Seating Added To Football Game Day Experience

Aug. 16, 2017

Throughout the 2017 football season we will be giving you a behind the scenes look at the Campus Crossroads Project on social media – you can follow along with the #NDBiggerThanBrick hashtag. Why #NDBiggerThanBrick? Back in Notre Dame’s 1930 Alumnus magazine, it was stated “Notre Dame is bigger than brick and far more than mortar.”

Notre Dame Stadium takes on a new dimension in 2017 with the introduction of premium seating for the first time for Irish home football games.

While the opening of Duncan Student Center, Corbett Family Hall and O’Neill Hall provide state-of-the-art new facilities in the academic and student life area, the upper floors of those venues now offer premium seating opportunities for football games as well as wide-ranging function spaces that will be used all year around.

Premium seating options on both the east and west sides of Notre Dame Stadium feature both loge (already sold out for 2017) and club seating.

The loge level’s semi-private seating areas consist of rolling back chairs, counter-style tables for maximized space and comfort and personal tablets for every two seats. The outdoor seating provides tickets to every Notre Dame home football game and access to an indoor, premium club space, all-inclusive premium food and beverage, in-seat wait service, reserved parking, priority to bowl and Shamrock Series tickets, VIP access to the annual Blue-Gold game and tickets to all events at Notre Dame Stadium.

The club level offers outdoor heated overhang, complete with cushioned seats and a wide range of amenities, including access to an indoor, premium club space, all-inclusive food and beverage, a reserved parking pass per four seats purchased, first right of refusal on club seats for non-football events, priority to bowl and Shamrock Series tickets and VIP access to the annual Blue-Gold game. Duncan Student Center (west side) club seating spans between the 15-yard lines on levels 7 and 8. Loge seats are available from the goal line to the back pylon in the end zones on levels 7 and 8, with a vantage point from the traditional press box perspective.

Corbett Family Hall (east side) club seating spans between the 15-yard lines on levels 7 and 8, including extensive seating between the 30-yard lines. Loge seats exist from the 10-yard line out only on Level 7. Corbett Family Hall seating options provide a new and unique perspective of campus, including the Basilica and Golden Dome.

Corporate hospitality options are available on level 9 of both Corbett Family Hall (an exclusive group seating area) and Duncan Student Center (private seating area). Both locations offer all-inclusive food and beverage, full-service attendants, flat screen monitors, a private furnished patio overlooking the stadium and campus and reserved parking. Corporate spaces are sold on a game-by-game basis.

The South Club (level 3 of O’Neill Hall), the most extensively themed area relative to Notre Dame football history, provides membership to a private premium club for each home football game. The club opens two hours prior to each game and features all-inclusive food and beverage, full service attendants, bartenders and chefs at action stations.

All premium seating areas offer early entry into Notre Dame Stadium.

Premium spaces utilized on football game days are also available the rest of the year through Notre Dame’s Office of Event Management and its launch of VenueND, a centralized sales and reservation team for booking events on campus. The sales and reservations team at VenueND assist in booking meetings, conferences and events at Morris Inn, McKenna Hall, Duncan Student Center, O’Neill Hall and Corbett Family Hall. The office is intended to provide easier and more transparent access to multiple venues on campus.

VenueND since March has been accepting reservations for events hosted in the hospitality areas of Duncan Student Center, Corbett Family Hall and O’Neill Hall that occur after Oct. 1, 2017. VenueND can be reached at 574-631-1400.
