AS A GRADUATE STUDENT (2021-22)

  • Crossed the finish line at 30:03.5 at the NAA Division I Great Lakes Regional to earn a personal best
  • Marked a personal best at the FSU Invite with a time of 23:55.0

AS A SENIOR AT PENN (2020-21)

  • Set a personal-best mark in the 10k at the Philadelphia Metropolitan Collegiate Invitational on April 24, clocking a time of 28:57.20 to move to second in program history
  • Crossed the finish line in 13:53.81 of the 5k at the TCNJ Last Chance on May 13 for a new personal mark and the fourth spot in program history
  • Qualified for NCAA East Preliminaries in Jacksonville for the 10k as the 15th seed with a time of 28:57.20

AS A JUNIOR AT PENN (2019-20)

  • All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.
  • Competed in two meets during the indoor season, setting a top-10 time in program history in the 5,000m, finishing in 14:21.87 at the BU David Hemery Valentines Invitational (Feb. 15), placing 20th.
  • Won the Sykes Sabock Challenge at Penn State (Feb. 8) in the 3,000m, crossing the line in 8:20.02.
  • Competed in seven races in cross country, including the NCAA XC Championships (Nov. 23).
  • Finished 89th at NCAA’s, crossing the the line in 31:54.9.
  • Qualified for the national championships and earned All-Region status with a ninth-place finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 15), running the 10K in 30:13.2.
  • Guided Penn to the Ivy League championship with a runner-up finish at Heps (Nov. 1), finishing the five-mile run in 24:38.3. Also garnered first-team All-Ivy honors with the second-place finish.
  • Also finished second at the Penn State National Open (Oct. 18) in 23:40.9 in an 8K race.
  • Led Penn to a second-place team finish among 44 teams at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5) with an 11th-place result.

AS A SOPHOMORE AT PENN (2018-19)

  • Appeared in six meets throughout the outdoor season, specializing in distance races.
  • Qualified for the NCAA East Region Prelims (May 23-25) in the 10,000m.
  • Finished seventh in the 10,000m at the 2019 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 5).
  • Ran the 5,000m at the 125th running of the Penn Relays (April 25-27).
  • Placed sixth in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays (March 30) behind a personal best time of 29:44.97.
  • Ran three times during the indoor season, appearing exclusively in the 5,000m.
  • Won the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational (Feb. 2) with a career-best 14:31.85.
  • Competed at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championship (Feb. 24), finishing ninth in the 5,000m with a time of 14:43.48.
  • Raced six times in cross country, scoring in each one Penn competed in.
  • Qualified for the NCAA XC Championships after finishing seventh at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional.
  • Second-team All-Ivy runner following a 10th-place finish at Heps.
  • Ran 5.2 miles at Penn State’s National Open in 25:42 to finish 34th.
  • Opened the season with a pair of runner-up finishes at the Bison Open and the Main Line Invitational.

AS A FRESHMAN AT PENN (2017-18)

  • Ran in all six possible outings during his freshman campaign, coming on strong near the end of the season and scoring twice.
  • Finished as Penn’s third scorer at the 2017 Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Oct. 27), placing 21st overall.
  • Finished 15th at the Blue/Gold Classic (Sept. 2) in collegiate debut.
  • Posted a fourth-place finish in the open race at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 29).
  • Scored at the Princeton Invitational (Oct. 14) as Penn’s third runner.

PREP & PERSONAL

  • Fifth in the 3,200m at the New Jersey Indoor State Meet of Champions
  • 11th at the New Jersey Cross Country State Meet of Champions.
