AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in three meets during the cross country season … placed fourth in the Crusader Invitational 6K (18:47.9) … finished sixth at the National Catholic Championship 5M (25:14.4) … did not compete during the indoor or outdoor track seasons … ACC Academic Honor Roll selection.

AS A FRESHMAN: Competed in six (two JV) meets during the cross country season … finished 10th at the Crusader Invitational 4K (11:21.5) … placed 19th at the National Catholic Championship 5M (25:41.07) … competed in the ACC Championships 8K and the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship 10K, placing 72nd and 97th, respectively … competed in three meets during the outdoor track season … placed 21st in Section 4 of the 5,000m at the Stanford Invitational (15:01.90) … led Irish finishers in the 10,000m championship at the Gina Relays (30:32.65) … placed 18th in the 10,000m at the ACC Outdoor Championships (32:05.63).

PREP AND PERSONAL: Graduated in the spring of 2014 from Fishers High School (Fishers, Indiana) … earned all-state honors senior and junior year and all-conference honors all four years of high school … achieved personal bests of 4:16 in the 1,600m and 15:47 in the 5K during his senior year … placed fifth in the state championships in the 1,600m during his senior year … named a national merit school, national AP scholar and earned academic all-state … born in Fishers, Ind., to Roger and Christine Kraft … has a younger brother and two younger sisters … enrolled in the College of Science with a major in neuroscience and behavior.
