AS A SENIOR (2023-24)

CROSS COUNTRY

• First student-athlete to win the GNAC Scholar Student-Athlete of the Year for three years in a row
• Earned CSC Academic All-American honors
• The Dresser Cup recipient, given to the student-athlete with the highest GPA in the department
• Earned Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators
• Earned All-GNAC honors with a third-place finish at the GNAC Championships in 25:01
• Earned all-region honors after finishing 16th at the NCAA West Regional in 31:07
• Earned Academic All-GNAC honors
• Won the Seawolf Throwdown and the Bill Roe Classic.

INDOOR

• Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)

CROSS COUNTRY

• Earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors
• Earned All-American honors after finishing sixth (29:57) at the NCAA National Championships
• Named the GNAC Men’s Cross Country Athlete of the Year after winning the eight-kilometer race in a season-best time of 23:46
• Earned All-West Region honors after finishing second in 30:10
• Opened the season with back-to-back wins at the Blue & Gold Race (27:17) and the Seawolf Throwdown (25:22)
• Finished second (24:25) at the Bill Roe Classic and fourth (23:47) at the DII Pre-Nationals.

INDOOR

• Earned All-American honors with a 12th-place finish in the 5,000 (14:19.39) at the NCAA National Championships
• Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 3,000 and 5,000
• Named GNAC Male Track Athlete of the Meet after winning the 3,000 (8:18.32) and 5,000 (14:17.09) at the GNAC Championships
• Ran a school-record time of 8:03.41 in the 3,000 at the UW Invite
• Ran a personal-best, and fifth-fastest time in school history, time of 13:48.46 in the 5,000 at the Husky Classic

CROSS COUNTRY

• Earned All-American honors with a 27th-place finish at the NCAA National Championships in Saint Leo, Florida
• ran a personal-best time of 30:56 to finish fifth, and earn All-Region honors, at the NCAA West Regional
• named GNAC Freshman of the Year
• earned All-GNAC honors after finishing a close second at the GNAC Championships in a personal-best time of 24:22
• won the first three meets of the year.

INDOOR

• Earned USTFCCA All-West Region honors in the 3,000 and 5,000
• earned All-GNAC honors in the 3,000 and 5,000 at the GNAC Championships
• won the 3,000 at the GVSU Big Meet in a personal-best time of 8:16.42, the fifth-fastest time at UAA
• ran personal-bests of 4:15.49 in the mile, ninth-fastest at UAA, and 14:29.18 in the 5,000, sixth-fastest at UAA, at the UW Invite

OUTDOOR

• Earned All-American honors finishing eighth in the 5,000 at the NCAA National Championships…finished 13th in the 10,000 at the NCAA National Championships…won both the 5,000 and 10,000 at the GNAC Championships, becoming only the third man in GNAC history to win both in the same year…ran personal-bests of 1:56.73 for 800, 3:48.86 for 1,500, 4:08.06 for one mile, 13:53.33 for 5,000 and 29:24.40 for 10,000…ranks first in UAA history in the mile, second in the 5,000, third in the 1,500 and fourth in the 10,000…earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)

OUTDOOR

• Finished second in the 5,000 (14:47.54) at the GNAC Championships
• Placed third in the steeplechase in a personal-best time of 9:42.62 at the Linfield Invite
• Won the 1,500 at the WOU Pop Up Meet
• Ran a personal-best time of 14:38.89 to win the 5,000 at the John Knight Twilight
• Ran a personal-best time of 3:55.84 to finish third in the 1,500 at the WWU Invite

• Earned first and second team all-state honors, first team all-region three times and first team all-conference three times
