- Named the GNAC Men’s Cross Country Athlete of the Year after winning the eight-kilometer race in a season-best time of 23:46
- Earned All-West Region honors after finishing second in 30:10
- Opened the season with back-to-back wins at the Blue & Gold Race (27:17) and the Seawolf Throwdown (25:22)
- Finished second (24:25) at the Bill Roe Classic and fourth (23:47) at the DII Pre-Nationals.

- Earned All-American honors with a 12th-place finish in the 5,000 (14:19.39) at the NCAA National Championships

- Earned All-American honors finishing eighth in the 5,000 at the NCAA National Championships…finished 13th in the 10,000 at the NCAA National Championships…won both the 5,000 and 10,000 at the GNAC Championships, becoming only the third man in GNAC history to win both in the same year…ran personal-bests of 1:56.73 for 800, 3:48.86 for 1,500, 4:08.06 for one mile, 13:53.33 for 5,000 and 29:24.40 for 10,000…ranks first in UAA history in the mile, second in the 5,000, third in the 1,500 and fourth in the 10,000…earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)

- Finished second in the 5,000 (14:47.54) at the GNAC Championships
- Placed third in the steeplechase in a personal-best time of 9:42.62 at the Linfield Invite
- Won the 1,500 at the WOU Pop Up Meet
- Ran a personal-best time of 14:38.89 to win the 5,000 at the John Knight Twilight
