Jack McNabola 2018-19 Cross Country Roster

AS A FRESHMAN:

• Established a PR in the 3K run (8:26.36) at the Notre Dame Invitational
• Set a PR in the mile with a time of 4:19.54 at the Gene Edmonds Open

PREP AND PERSONAL:

• Won the 3,200m run at the 2018 1A Illinois State Championship
• Was the first track and field state champion in school history (117 years)
• Three-time cross country state finalist
• Captain of his cross country and track and field teams as a junior and senior
• From Chicago, Illinois
• Son of Mark and Eileen McNabola
• Has one brother, Luke, and two sisters, Molly and Audrey
• Brother Luke also attends Notre Dame and uncle, Scott Zetteck was Notre Dame Class of 1981
• Scott played football for the Irish and father, Mark, played basketball at Northern Arizona
