AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)

CROSS COUNTRY

• Ran a personal best 8k time of 23:42.7 at Lehigh Paul Short Run, finishing 57th
• Completed a 5.2m with time of 26:17.9 at Penn State National Open
• Earned a PR 10k time of 31:43.1, finishing 100th at the NCAA D1 Northeast Cross Country Championships

INDOOR TRACK

• Competed in the NYC Gotham Cup, earning a 1st place finish in the 1000m with time 2:23.00
• Participated in the Dr.Sander Invite 1500m and mile, placing 8th in both events
• Ran mile with time 4:01.81 and ran 1500m with time 3:44.38 (Jan. 27-28)- 2022 NCAA Outdoor East Prelims Qualifier (1,500m)
  – 2022 Ivy League Outdoor Heps Champion (4x800m)
  – 2022 Second Team Outdoor All-Ivy League (1,500m)

CROSS COUNTRY

• Clocked a personal best 3.73 Mile time of 20:06.1 at the Stony Brook Invitational in first collegiate race
• Ran a personal best 8K time of 25:57.3 at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (Sep. 24)

INDOOR TRACK

• Ran anchor leg to lock up the Ivy League Indoor Championship in the 4x800m, clocking a time of 7:30.33 at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Heps
• Earned first team All-Ivy League Indoor honors (4x800m)
• Took second with a time of 4:03.64 in the one mile at the Ivy League Indoor Heps.
• Earned second team All-Ivy League Indoor honors (one mile)
• Finished first in seven different races across the indoor season
• Took first in the 3,000m (8:40.61/PR) and the 4x800m (7:52.40) at the Bill Ward Invite (Dec. 4) to open the season
• Posted a PR in the one mile with a time of 4:01.40 to finish first at the Rutgers Open (Feb. 11-12)

OUTDOOR TRACK

• Ran anchor leg in 4x800m that won the Ivy League Outdoor Heps Championship
• Earned first team All-Ivy League outdoor honors (4x800m)
• Took second in the 1,500m with a time of 4:00.11 at the Ivy League Outdoor Heps
• Earned second team All-Ivy League outdoor honors (1500m)
• Ran 3:48.61 in the 1,500m at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field East Prelims
• Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims with a 1,500m PR time of 3:42.22 for an eighth-place finish at the Virginia Challenge
