AT NOTRE DAME
AS A GRADUATE (2024-25)
- Played in 29-of-33 games & averaged 11.6 min.
- Averaged 2.9 points and 4.0 rebounds.
- Converted 39-54 (72.2%) from the field this season.
- Irish were 3-2 when Nikita started.
- Last 3 games in which he started — 24 points, 35 rebounds. Shot a combined 11-13 from the field.
- Nearly produced double-doubles in each of the ACC Tourney games. Recorded 9 rebounds and a season-high 10 points in the win over Pitt, then 8 points and 9 boards vs. UNC.
- Started in 4OT thriller over Cal. Reeled in 17 rebounds, the most since Paul Atkinson grabbed 17 vs. Syracuse on Feb. 23, 2022. Also went 3-3 for 6 points.
- Made his first start with the Irish at Boston College on Feb. 12 in a 2OT win. Made 2nd start at Wake Forest on March 1 where he grabbed a season-best 9 boards.
- Was key in 2nd half comeback win vs. Georgia Tech on Jan. 28, recording 6 points on 3-3 shooting, plus 4 boards.
- Had his 2nd highest rebound total of the season with 7 boards at Virginia on Jan. 25.
- Went 3-4 from the field at Georgia Tech (12/31) scoring 6 points.
- Played his role well at Georgetown (11/16), racking up 8 points on 4-for-5 shooting, plus a team-high 8 rebounds.
- First game as an Irish he cleaned up the boards, grabbing a team-high four offensive rebounds. Grabbed 6 total rebounds.
AT MONMOUTH
AS A SENIOR (2023-24)
- Averaged 9.3 points and 8.1 rebounds per game, while guiding the Hawks to an 18-15 record with a 10-8 mark in the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA).
- Top highlight of last season was an impressive 22-point, 20-rebound performance against Stony Brook. It marked the fourth 20-20 game in program history and the first since 1997 (also Monmouth’s last 20-rebound game). It marked the sixth such game in Division I last season.
- Notched six double-doubles last season, which ranked ninth in the CAA.
- Also ranked fourth in the conference in rebounds per game, as well as second in offensive boards (2.9 – ranked 67th nationally).
AT TULSA
- Spent two years at Tulsa, playing in a total of 29 games.
- Sat out and earned a redshirt due to injury in his junior year (2022-23).
- Had nine starts in 27 games played as a sophomore.
- He averaged 2.0 points and 2.7 rebounds while shooting 52.8% from the field
- Had an eight rebound performance at Memphis on 1/4/22
- Added three blocks at Tulane on 1/26/22
AT NORTHEASTERN A&M
- Competed for two seasons at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M
- As a sophomore at NEO A&M, he averaged 11.1 points and eight boards in 21 games
- Ranked second in NJCAA in FG% at 60.2% and blocked shots with 44 as well as fifth in offensive rebounding and ninth in total rebounds
- In 2019-20 as a freshman, he averaged 8.6 points and 7.1 boards
- Was invited in 2020 to All-American showcase weekend in Atlanta for top-100 JUCO players in country
PREP
- Attended Secondary School No. 163 in Kyiv, Ukraine
- Played for BAMG in 2017-18 and averaged 14.1 points, 7 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.5 steals in 24 minutes per game
- In 2018-19, played for W Power Team, averaging 17.6 points, 12.3 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.1 steals in 32 minutes a night
- He finished second in the league in scoring and first in rebounding
- Voted Best Power Forward in 2019
- Invited to he international basketball summer camp and was named Future Player of Riga, Latvia
- Represented country in the U-18 3v3 at the 2019 World Cup in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
- Won fifth place at the World Championships.
