AS A SENIOR: Competed in five meets during the cross country season … placed third out of 274 runners in the National Catholic Championship 5M (25:09.2) … finished 24th with a time of 24:19.2 in the Notre Dame Invite 5M (24:19.2) … took 26th in the ACC Championships 8K (24:26.7) … placed 13th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional 10K (30:57.4), which earned him All-Region honors … competed in five indoor and four outdoor track meets … started the indoor season in the 3K at the Notre Dame Invitational where he placed 10th (8:18.62) … placed eighth in the 5K at the Meyo Invitational (14:28.49) … finished 36th in the 3K (8:36.23) and 19th in the 5K (14:29.43) at the ACC Indoor Championships … took 14th in the 5K at the Stanford Invitational (14:37.20) … placed ninth in the 10K at the Virginia Challenge (29:51.89) … finished the track season at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a 13th place finish in the 10K (30:39.54) … named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

AS A JUNIOR: Competed in four meets during the cross country season … placed 40th of 207 runners at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional 10K (31:07) … finished 24th of 138 runners at the ACC Championships 8K (24:26.7) … was the highest-finishing Notre Dame runner at the Notre Dame Invitational 5M, placing 26th (23:50.0) … competed in six meets between indoor and outdoor track seasons … kicked off the track slate with an eighth place finish in the 3000m at the Notre Dame Invitational (8:28.76) … placed 21st in the mile at the Razorback Invitational (4:14.09) … came in 23rd in the 3000m at the Meyo Invitational (8:28.53), then placed seventh in the event at the Alex Wilson Invitational (8:22.45) … opened the outdoor portion of the year with a fifth place finish in his section of the 5000m at the Stanford Invitational (14:19.63) … finished 31st in the 5000m at the Virginia Challenge.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in four meets during the cross country season … placed 36th out of 129 runners at the ACC Championship 8K (24:56.3), finishing fifth of the Notre Dame runners in the field and helping the Irish to third place … took second out of 100 JV runners at the Notre Dame Invitational 5M (25:42.8) … placed 66th out of 207 runners at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional 10K (32:10) … competed in one meet – the Blue & Gold Invitational — during the indoor track & field season, placing fourth in the one-mile run (4:25.11).

AS A FRESHMAN: Competed in two meets during cross country season … took 12th out of 276 runners on the five-mile course at the National Catholic Championship (24:58.0) … placed 74th out of 163 runners in the five-mile Blue race at the Notre Dame Invitational (24:44) … did not run during the track & field season … named a BIG EAST Academic All-Star.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Graduated from Piscataway High School (Piscataway, New Jersey) in the spring of 2012 … 11-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field … was named 2012 runner up at the New Balance Indoor Track National Championship in Distance Medley Relay (All-American) … named 2011 Gatorade Cross Country Runner of the Year … was a 2011 Foot Locker National Meet Finalist, finished 16th (15:33) … named 2010 state cross country champion (15:31) and all-state recipient … named conference champion (2008, 2010 and 2011) and runner up in 2009 … named conference champion in the mile and two mile (2010, 2011 2012) … junior year held the conference and state record in the mile (4:10) … participated in Life Scouts in Boy Scouts and served as Assistant Senior Patrol Leader in Boy Scouts … cousin, Mariah, was a 2005 graduate of Notre Dame … full name is Timothy W.
