• Placed third and set personal record in the shot put at Yale Twilight (17.40m)

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)

INDOOR

• Tossed a personal best in the weight throw with distance of 47-5.25/14.46m at Dartmouth v. Columbia v. Yale, placing 12th (Jan. 21)
• Participated at Heps in the shot put, finishing 14th place with a mark of 51-0/15.54m (Feb. 25-26)

OUTDOOR

• Tossed a PR mark of 117-10/35.91m in the discus, placing 12th at Mets Outdoor TF Championships (Apr. 8)
• Competed at the 2023 Springtime in shot put and hammer throw
• First place in shot put with a personal best mark of 56-4/17.17m
• Threw a personal record distance of 147-11/45.08m in hammer throw, placing 7th (Apr. 30)
