AS A FRESHMAN: Worked primarily as a miler during his first year in an Irish uniform … finished ahead of a slew of teammates in the mile at the Blue & Gold Invitational … dropped down to the 800 meters at the Notre Dame Invitational, running 1:55.67 … had a breakthrough with a career best in the mile (4:18.77) at the Alex Wilson Invitational to cap his indoor campaign … had an outstanding race in the 1,500 meters at the Indy Relays, dipping under four minutes to place seventh overall in a time of 3:59.46 … followed up that performance with a 4:00.73 time at the Central Collegiate Championship.
HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL: Enrolled in the College of Arts and Letters … earned Dean[apos]s List status in spring 2006 semester with a 3.80 grade-point average.
