AS A SENIOR

• Tallied a 34-10 record at the completion of the 2023 season, improving her career record to 152-53 while fencing epee.
• Fenced foil for a 5-0 record on the season and in her career.
• Posted a 27-2 record over two days of fencing at the DeCicco Duals.

AS A JUNIOR

• Posted a 70-22 record, improving her career record to 114-41.
• She opened the season with a 7-1 mark at the Air Force Invitational.
• Competed at the DeCicco Duals and posted a 28-5 record after claiming a 3-0 win over eight opponents.

AS A SOPHOMORE

• Competed in two meets during the shortened regular season
• She went 4-2 in the Northwestern Invitation and then finished the season with a perfect 6-0 mark against Wayne State
• Improved her career record to 48-21

AS A FRESHMAN

• Compiled a 37-20 record after competing at all six regular season meets
• Season best performance came at the DeCicco Duals when she went 23-1 on the weekend

PREP AND PERSONAL

• Graduated an AP Scholar with Distinction from Durango High School in May 2019 
• Member of the Battle Born Fencing Club for nine years
• Fifth place in the Division 1A Summer National Championships Women’s Epee in 2019
• Third place in the Division 1A Women’s Epee Battle of the Bay Competition in 2018
• Second place in Division 2 Women’s Epee National Championships and sixth place in the Cade Women’s Epee North American Cup
• Daughter to Boriana Kovacheva and Marian Tonchev
• Majoring in psychology
