AT NORTHERN ARIZONA

Towt recorded 1199 career points and 1078 career rebounds across his four seasons at Northern Arizona, averaging 9.7 points per game and 8.8 boards in a Lumberjack uniform. 

AS A SENIOR (2024-25)

• 2025 Second Team All-Big Sky
• 2025 Unanimous Big Sky All-Defensive Team
• Led the nation in rebounding with 12.4 per game
• Set a Big Sky Conference single-season rebounding record, grabbing 423 rebounds across 34 games. The 423 rebounds led the country.
• Also led the country in defensive rebounds per game at 8.9
• Reeled in 3.5 offensive boards per game which ranked 14th nationally
• Became just the second-ever player in program history to record 1,000 rebounds, just before becoming the record holder while breaking the 63-year record that was set at 1,044 rebounds
• Was second on the team in scoring – he averaged 13.4 points per game
• Produced 20 double-doubles which ranked sixth in the nation
• Shot .569 overall from the field which ranked second in the Big Sky and 26th nationally
• Averaged 3.4 assists per game
• He snared a career-high 19 rebounds against Northern Colorado.
• Grabbed at least 10 rebounds in each of NAU’s final five games
• At the end of last season his 1,078 career rebounds ranked 16th nationally amongst active players

AS A SENIOR (2023-24)

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)

• Played in and started all 35 games for the Lumberjack
• Recorded a new career high in points with 23 on Feb. 4 against Montana
• Averaged 10.1 points per game, first double-digit average of his career
• Led team in rebounds, assists, blocks and was third in points
• 2023 Big Sky All-Tournament selection

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22)

• Started all 32 games
• One of two players to start every game and one of three players to play in all 32 games
• Averaged 8.4 points, 8.8 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game
• Led the team in rebounds and assists
• Recorded 280 rebounds, the sixth-highest single-season total in program history and second-most in 60 years
• Ranked 35th in the country in rebounds per game and 39th in total rebounds
• Also ranked 44th in the country with Big Sky leading 2.9 offensive rebounds per game and 68th in the country with 5.8 defensive rebounds per game
• Posted 11 games with double-digit rebounds
• Recorded career-high 18 rebounds at South Dakota
• Recorded just the second triple-double in program history with 10 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists vs. Embry-Riddle
• Finished season with career-high 21 points and added 16 rebounds vs. Eastern Washington in Big Sky Tournament
• Had 12 double-digit scoring games
• Shot .487 from the field and .463 at the free throw line
• Ranked seventh in the Big Sky in assists per game
• His 119 assists were the ninth-most by a 6-7 forward or taller in the country

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)

• Appeared in all 22 games with 19 starts
• Averaged 5.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game
• Ranked second on the team in rebounds and assists and led the team with 13 blocks
• Recorded season-high 13 points in come-from-behind win at Montana
• Registered three double-digit scoring games
• Shot a perfect 5-for-5 from the floor in first double-digit scoring game vs. Texas State
• Shot .531 from the field and .512 at the free throw line
• Recorded five or more rebounds in 11 games
• Grabbed season-high eight rebounds at Denver
• Led the team with 38 offensive rebounds
• Totaled multiple assists in eight games and had three games with two blocks
• Totaled 124 points, 101 rebounds, 28 assists, 10 steals and 13 blocks in 466 minutes of action.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20)

• Three-year letterwinner, two-year starter and team captain for one year under head coach Jay Caserio at Gilbert High School
• Named 5A Conference Player of the Year and 5A San Tan Region Player of the Year as a senior
• Selected by The Arizona Republic as an All-Arizona honorable mention
• Averaged 10.7 points, 11.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.2 blocks per game during senior season at Gilbert High
• Ranked second in school history in rebounding
• Helped team win 2019 5A state championship, its first title since 2003
• Team posted a 29-1 record in 2018-19 with only loss coming against Pinnacle High, the back-to-back 6A Arizona state champions.
