INDOOR

• Competed in six indoor meets of the season
• Took fourth place in 60H and high jump at the Mondo College Invitational (Jan. 13)
• Captured first place in the pentathlon at Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 27)
• Placed fifth in the pentathlon with a personal-record score of 4083 at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships

OUTDOOR

• Competed in four outdoor meets
• Finished tenth in the heptathlon at the Bryan Clay Invitational (Apr. 13)
• Took fifth place at the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the heptathlon with a 5071 (May 11)

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)

INDOOR

• Claimed third in the long jump with a 5.53m jump at the Visit Winston-Salem College Kickoff (Dec. 3)
• Finished seventh in the 60m hurdles preliminaries with a 9.01 and fifth in the final with a 8.85 time (Dec. 3)
• Took 10th in the long jump with a 5.32m effort at the Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge (Jan. 14)
• Placed fifth with a 1.60m jump in the high jump at the Carolina Challenge (Jan. 20-21)
• Placed second in the pentathlon with a 2:21.49 at the Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 27)
• Finished seventh in the 60m hurdles at the Darius Dixon Invitational and ran an 8.96 (Feb. 10)
• Placed sixth in the pentathlon at the ACC Indoor Championships with 4,015 points (Feb. 23)

OUTDOOR

• Placed third with a 14.65 in the 100m hurdles at the Bill Webb/Bob Davidson Memorial Invitational (Mar. 18)
• Ran a season-best 14.40 in the 100m hurdles at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 24)
• Threw a personal-best 32.61m in the javelin at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 23)
• Placed ninth in the long jump with a season-best 5.77m jump at the Vertklasse Meet (Mar. 31)
• Claimed first in the heptathlon at the Southside Power & Fitness Invitational with 5,103 points (April 14-16)
• Claimed two top-10 finishes at the Wake Forest Invitational, finished third in the high jump with a 1.68m and fifth in the 100m hurdles with a 14.16 (April 21)
• Placed ninth in the 100m hurdles and ran a 14.56 at the Charlotte Invitational (April 29)
• Finished 11th with 5,147 points in the heptathlon at the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships(May 11-13)

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22)

INDOOR

• Finished third in the 4×400 meter relay at the Visit Winston-Salem College Kickoff (Dec. 3)
• Took home second place in the high jump at the Mondo College Invitational (Jan. 15)
• Grabbed her second podium finish of the year with a third-place finish in the high jump at the Camel City Invitational (Feb. 4)
• Earned All-ACC Second Team with her sixth place finish in the pentathlon at the ACC Indoor Championships

OUTDOOR

• Earned a personal best of 5423 in the heptathlon at the ACC Outdoor Championships for the third-highest mark in school history and placed seventh overall (May 13)
• Podiumed in the triple jump at the VertKlasse Meeting with a personal best 11.81m
• Placed third at the Charlotte Invite in the 100m hurdles (April 29)
  
  

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)

INDOOR

• Competed in 11 meets as a freshman
• Finished seventh at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a 5180 (Feb. 25)
• Placed sixth overall in the Pentathlon at the South Carolina Invitational and achieved a PR in the Long Jump (5.64m) (Feb. 5)
• Finished fifth in the 60H at the Camel City Invitational with a 8.83 (Feb. 19)

OUTDOOR

• Earned a personal best of 5373 in the heptathlon at the Tobacco Road Challenge, which is the third-highest mark in school history (Apr. 9)
• Won the 800 meter en route to her fifth place finish in the heptathlon
• Ran a personal best 14.42 in the 100H at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 25)
• Took home two fourth place finishes in the 100 meter hurdles and the high jump at the Charlotte Invitational (Apr. 23)
• Grabbed a third place finish in the 4×400 meter relay at the Duke Twilight (May 3)
• Finished seventh in the heptathlon at the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 13)

PREP AND PERSONAL

• Earned eight varsity letters including four in track and field, one in cross country and three in basketball
• Four-time All-Region Track & Field performer
• Earned All-State honors as a sophomore (2018) and junior (2019)
• Named the South Carolina Coaches Association of Women’s Sports 3A Track & Field Athlete of the Year in 2019
• Four-time state champion in the long jump (2018, 2019), 100m hurdle (2019) and triple jump (2019)
• 2020 News Balance National All-American in the Pentathlon as a senior in 2020
• Three-time West Oak High School team MVP
• Set school records in the triple jump, long jump, high jump, 200m, 400m, 100m hurdles, javelin and heptathlon
• Recorded region records in the long jump and triple jump
• Earned All-Region honors in cross country and basketball
• National Honor Society and Beta Club member
• Named an AP Scholar
