• Won silver in the 3000m steeplechase at the ACC Outdoor Championships (8:42.41)
• Tallied a PR in the mile at the Alex Wilson Invitational (4:03.84)

• Recorded a fourth place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2024 ACC Outdoor Championships (8:35.52)
• Posted a PR in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays (13:49.25)
• Finished first with a PR and the fourth best time in program history in the 3000m at the 2024 Notre Dame Invitational (7:53.90)
• Opened up the 2023 cross country season with a season-best 13th place finish (23:45.9) where he also recorded a PR in the 5 mile
• Set a PR in the 8k at the ACC Cross Country Championships with a time of 23:42.8, finishing 19th
• Set a PR in the 10k at the NCAA DI Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships, running a 31:04.0 and finishing 56th

AS A FRESHMAN (2022-23)

• Took 14th at NCAA Regionals in the steeplechase (8:51.96)
• Finished sixth in the steeplechase at Outdoor ACCs with a personal best time of 8:43.85
• Finished 19th in the mile at Indoor ACCs (4:08.06)
• Took fourth place with a PR of 4:04.55 in the mile at the Wisconsin Windy City Invite
• Posted a personal best time of 8:14.19 in the 3000M at the Notre Dame Invitational

• Graduated from Butler Area School District and earned honors with distinction
• Holds 10 school records, 5 state titles, is a 3x All-American, and a National Champion
