PRIOR TO NOTRE DAME (at COLUMBIA)

AS A SENIOR (2024-25)

• Won WT with mark of 19.23m at Rutgers Holiday Classic and season opener
• Won SP with mark of 18.36m at DYC tri-meet
• Won SP at Mets with season’s best mark of 19.25m
• Won SP again at Penn Classic with throw of 18.59m
• Recorded a WT PR of 20.60m at Kane Invite and won both the WT & SP events
• Competed in both events at Ivy Indoor Championships and scored in the top 4 for both
• Threw great marks in SP and HT and DT at Penn & Florida Relays
• Won both DT and HT (new PR of 62.64m) at Oscar Moore
• Won all three throwing events at Mark Young Invite in the SP and DT and HT
• Won the SP with new PR of 20.17m and scored in the top 4 for DT event & made the HT final with an injured thumb at Ivy Outdoor Championships
• Went on to compete in NCAA East First Round Qualifier in all of his throwing events
• Qualified for and competed in SP finals at NCAA DI Outdoor T&F Championships

AS A JUNIOR (2023-24)

• Won both SP (18.33m) and WT (18.40m) at Penn Select 10 meet
• Won SP with 17.88m throw at YDC Challenge
• Won SP with 17.68m at Crimson Elite meet
• Won SP with another 17.68m throw at Fastrack National Invite
• Competed and scored with 5th place finish in 800m at Ivy League Heps Indoor T&F Championships
• Won SP with 18.21m throw at Hurricane Alumni Invitational
• Won SP in 18.58m at Virginia Challenge
• Competed in SP at Penn Relays
• Won SP and threw PR of 18.68m and scored with 6th place finish in HT finals at Ivy League Heps Outdoor T&F Championships
• Threw DT PR of 56.91m at West Point Twilight meet
• Won SP in 18.10m at Yale Twilight meet
• Went on to compete in NCAA East First Round Qualifier in both DT and SP
• Qualified for and competed in DT finals at NCAA DI Outdoor T&F Championships

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022-23)

• Posted a personal best weight throw mark of 53-8.5/16.37m at the Dr.Sander Columbia Challenge, finishing 8th (Jan. 27-28)
• Competed at the 115th Millrose Games in weight throw, placing 9th with mark of 51-9.25/15.78m (Feb.11)
• Finished 3rd place in both DT and HT events at the 2023 Springtime
• Posted a PR in the discus with a mark of 148-8/45.31m and PR hammer throw mark of 171-4/52.23m (Apr. 30)
• Logged a top performance in shot put at Yale’s Last Chance Meet with a personal best SP mark of 58-2.5/17.74m (May 13)
• Participated in NCAA East Preliminaries for shot put and placed 41st with mark of 55-7/16.94m (May 25-27)
