Pat Rogers 2024-25 Staff
Director of Student-Athlete Management
Pat Rogers will begin his seventh year with the Notre Dame men’s basketball staff when the 2024-25 season gets underway. It’ll also mark his second with Glenn & Stacey Murphy Head Coach Micah Shrewsberry. Rogers resumed his role as Director of Basketball Operations in the Shrewsberry regime.
Prior to Notre Dame, Rogers spent the previous five seasons as the Director of Operations for the University of Delaware men’s basketball team.
Before Delaware, Rogers served the first three years of his Notre Dame tenure and where he made his connection with Delaware head coach Martin Ingelsby. In his position, he worked with the day-to-day oversight of the program and in the administration of the Notre Dame Boys Basketball camps held during the summer.
A native of Lake Zurich, Ill., Rogers was a student manager for the Irish for two seasons before graduating from Notre Dame in 2010 with a degree in accountancy from the Mendoza College of Business. He then spent two years as a graduate assistant with the Providence men’s basketball program and received a master’s degree in business administration, before serving as director of basketball operations at The Citadel during the 2012-13 season. He is happily married to Kayla (Miller) Rogers and they are proud parents to their son, Trevor.
