Summer Day Camps

The Notre Dame Swimming Camp offers a comprehensive training experience specifically aimed at enhancing swimmers’ starts and turns, crucial components of competitive success. Our camp emphasizes skill development, race strategy, and mental conditioning, helping athletes excel in these high-impact areas.

Our curriculum is carefully crafted to focus on starts and turns, along with race-specific techniques:

  • Start Techniques: Block positioning, reaction time, and explosive push-offs.
  • Turn Strategies: Flip-turns, open turns, and underwater streamline techniques.
  • Race-Specific Drills: Tailored exercises to enhance performance in individual events.
