Created for the purpose of fully supporting the University’s mission to increase diversity among staff; improve inclusion and increase the multicultural competencies among individuals; and to improve the campus climate to a level where all members of the Notre Dame Athletics community can do their best work. In line with the Mission of the University, and the Athletics Department’s 5 pillars, we believe in and are committed to diversity, inclusion and equity among our student-athletes, coaches and administrators and we seek to establish and maintain an inclusive culture that fosters equitable participation and opportunities for all.
