Allison Sullivan 2014-15 Track and Field Roster

AS A SENIOR: Competed in three meets during the indoor track and field season … placed fifth in the pole vault at the Blue & Gold Invitational (3.40m) … took 12th in the pole vault at the Notre Dame Invitational (3.35m) … finished the season with a 25th place finish in the Meyo Invitational (3.55m) … did not compete during the outdoor track season … ACC Academic Honor Roll.

AS A JUNIOR: Participated in five meets during the track season … finished fourth in the pole vault at the Blue and Gold Invitational (3.38m) … placed 12th in the event at the Notre Dame Invitational (3.35m) … came in 28th at the Meyo Invitational (3.46m) … notched a season-best jump at the Alex Wilson Invitational (3.81m) …  placed 12th in pole vault at the ACC/Big Ten Challenge (3.40m) in only action of the outdoor season. 

AS A SOPHOMORE:Competed in seven meets during the indoor/outdoor track & field season … competed exclusively in the pole vault … began the indoor season with a third place finish (3.45m) at the Blue and Gold Invitational … vaulted to a sixth place finish (3.35m) at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational … best finish in terms of placing occurred at the Alex Wilson Invitational with a second place finish (3.45m) … competed in two meets during the outdoor season … placed eighth (3.47m) at the Border Battle … concluded the season with season-best mark (3.55m) at the Hillsdale College Relays … earned a monogram.

AS A FRESHMAN: Competed in seven meets for the Irish during the indoor & outdoor track & field season … specialized in the pole vault … placed eighth in the pole vault (3.37m) at the 2013 Polytan Invitational … set a personal best at the Louisville Border Battle and finished fifth with a vault of 3.58m … at the first outdoor meet of the year finished seventh (3.57m) at the MSU Spartan Invitational … started off the indoor season by placing fourth in the pole vault (3.40m) at the Blue & Gold Invitational … named a BIG EAST Academic All-Star.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Graduated from Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, Conn.) in the spring of 2012 … eight-time letter winner in gymnastics, indoor track and outdoor track … named state open champion in pole vault (2011, 2012) and All-New England (2011) … was league champion in pole vault (2010, 2011 2012) … set school and league record in outdoor track with a 12’0.5″ effort senior year … accomplished an 11’00” leap (2009) and ranked fourth out of all freshman in the nation … placed sixth in gymnastics at the league meet, sixth at the state open and fourth at New England … awarded team MVP in gymnastics (2009) and most outstanding freshman athlete … was a Manwarring Prize winner … sister, Jessica, also competed in pole vault at Notre Dame … full name is Allison Ann Sullivan … born in Norwich, Conn. … daughter of Timothy and Jill Sullivan … has two older sisters … enrolled in the Mendoza College of Business and majoring in Finance.
