AS A JUNIOR (2025-26)

• Placed third in the 400 meter with a 47.24 at the 2026 Meyo Invitational (Notre Dame Indoor T&F) (Jan. 30)
• Logged a 9:24.64 as a member of the distance medley relay at the 2026 Alex Wilson Invitational (Notre Dame Indoor T&F) (Feb. 21)
• Recorded a 21.57 in the 200 meter at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 26)
• Placed fourth in the 400 meter with a 46.52 at the Spec Towns Invitational (Apr. 9)

AS A SOPHOMORE (2024-25)

• Helped finish eighth in the 4×400 relay at the ACC Outdoor Championships (3:09.79)
• Placed 15th in the 400M at the ACC Outdoor Championships (47.09)
• Helped win the 4×400 relay at the Wake Forest Invitational (3:09.65)

AS A FRESHMAN (2023-24)

• Finished seventh with the ninth best time in program history in the 400M at the 2024 ACC Outdoor Championships (46.89)
• Helped post two second place finishes in the 4×400 relay at the 2024 Notre Dame Invitational and the Texas Invitational (3:14.94 & 3:13.04 respectively)
• Finished second in the 400M at the Gary Wieneke Memorial (47.34)
• Logged a PR in the 200M at the 2024 Jim Green Invitational (21.63)
• Finished first place with the seventh best time in program history at the 2024 Notre Dame Invitational in the 400M (47.60)
• Posted a first place finish with a PR in the 300M at the 2023 Blue & Gold Invitational (33.99)
• Earned ACC Men’s Indoor Rookie of the Week honors
